Camden Locks Alternative is looking for an experienced Laser Tattoo Removal Technician to join our growing team in the heart of Camden Town.

About the Role

As our Laser Tattoo Removal Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering safe and effective treatments while providing clients with an exceptional experience from consultation through to aftercare.

​

You'll work closely with our tattoo artists, helping clients who are preparing for cover-up tattoos or looking to remove unwanted ink using advanced picosecond laser technology.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Carry out professional consultations and patch tests

  • Perform laser tattoo removal treatments safely and confidently

  • Create personalised treatment plans

  • Manage client expectations throughout the removal process

  • Complete accurate treatment records and clinical photography

  • Provide detailed aftercare advice

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and laser safety

  • Build lasting relationships through excellent customer service

  • Work alongside our tattoo artists on cover-up tattoo projects

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Experience performing laser tattoo removal treatments

  • Excellent consultation and communication skills

  • Understanding of Fitzpatrick skin types

  • Knowledge of laser safety procedures and contraindications

  • Professional, reliable and client-focused

  • Right to work in the UK
     

Desirable

  • Level 4 Laser & IPL qualification (or equivalent)

  • Core of Knowledge Laser Certificate

  • Experience using Picosecond or Q-Switched laser systems

  • Beauty Therapy Level 3 or above

  • Previous experience within a tattoo removal or aesthetics clinic
